CENTAFLEX™-TIR Torsionally Soft Couplings
CENTAFLEX-TIR Series torsional couplings are engineered for modern construction equipment, delivering soft progressive characteristics and high allowable power loss to meet the demands of next-generation Stage V engines. Their design enables reduced idling speeds and higher thermal load capacity under alternating loads, resulting in lower fuel consumption, reduced CO2 emissions, and less gear chatter. By allowing system downsizing, such as smaller splitter gearboxes, the CENTAFLEX-TIR improves efficiency while maintaining robust performance.

CENTAMAX Torsionally Soft Coupling
The CENTAMAX series is characterized by a highly efficient self-ventilating design. The high thermal capacity (HTC) design features a superior allowable power loss compared to other conventional couplings. This ensures longer equipment life in newer, more torsionally active low-emission diesel engine systems.

CENTAFLEX™-R Flywheel Roller Coupling
The CENTAFLEX-R offers progressive torsional performance with very low stiffness at low torque and increased moderate stiffness at higher torque. This simple, reliable roller coupling is suited for many heavy-duty industrial drives and applications.

CENTAFLEX™-A Torsionally Soft Couplings
CENTAFLEX™-A series couplings are designed for high-performance and high-torsional elasticity. Built to dampen torsional vibrations and shocks, CENTAFLEX-A protects your equipment and outperforms others in its class. The electrically-insulating and thermally-resistant silicone or rubber design is fail-safe and offers backlash-free torque transmission, even under high-torque applications.

Huco Multi-Beam Coupling
These general purpose, multi-beam couplings will readily accommodate any combination of axial motion and angular & parallel misalignment but should be used with caution if low bearing loads are desirable. The three start helical-cut design provides higher torque capability and greatly reduced wind-up when compared to single beam couplings.
